     New York is located (位于) in the southeast of the New York State. It's the largest city and port (港口) in
America, and the biggest economic (经济的) center in the world. We often call it "the Big Apple", "the City that
Never Sleeps", "the Capital of the World" and "the Empire City", etc.
     In New York City, there are many popular tourist attractions and landmarks.
     1. Empire State Building (built in 1931) It has 102 floors.
     Its name comes from the nickname of New York Empire State.
     2. The Statue of Liberty (自由女神像)
     We also call it "Liberty Enlightening the World". It's located in Liberty Island in New York Harbor (海港).
It's the symbol of the New York City.
