Dear boys and girls: I’m talking about how to keep health/fit. Today many teenagers are unhealthy because they do less exercise, eat more junk food, and they usually do not have enough time to sleep. If we wish to keep fit, my advices are as follow: Firstly, we must keep taking exercises every day , and eat lots of fruit and vegetables 。 Secondly, try to sleep for about 8 hours a night, and remember to “early to bed early to rise”。 Finally, stay away from cigarettes / smoking/ drugs毒品。 Besides(除此之外), don’t forget to breathe (呼吸)the fresh air in the open air .Keep happy every day.
