杰弗里肖恩·雷蒙（Jeffrey Sean Lehman）时任上海纽约大学第一任美方校长。
此前，他曾任北京大学国际法学院创办院长及院长、康奈尔大学校长、密歇根大学法学院院长、密歇根大学法律学与公共政策学终身教授、华盛顿特区执业律师、美国最高法院大法官约翰?保罗?史蒂文斯的法律助理、美国联邦上诉法院第一巡回审判庭审判长M.
科芬的法律助理。
他获得的荣誉包括中国政府颁发的2011年度友谊奖，美国有色人种促进会法律辩护与教育基金颁发的国家平等公正奖，北京大学授予的荣誉博士学位以及其他几所大学授予的荣誉教授称号，美国法律协会会员。
他在康奈尔大学获得数学学士学位，在密歇根大学获得法律学与公共政策学学位。
