本书选取中国*高人民法院及地方法院共26个近年来较为典型的知识产权案例进行编译，提炼案情，总结裁判要旨，并进行相关法理评析。全书分为两编，**编15个案例由判决原文的中、英文编译稿组成；第二编11个案例主要对判决进行英文编译，而判决原文作为附录，以便展示法院判决的要点和相关法律的适用全貌。
