周斌：1964年生于上海。文学博士。现为中国书法教育与心理研究中心主任，华东师范大学传播学院教授、博士生导师，书法小联合国终身主席。
2011年起在美国纽约大学等研究机构从事书法跨文化心理合作研究，期间在联合国、哥伦比亚大学等重要机构讲学，并教授联合国秘书长潘基文先生中国书法，产生重大国际反响，为中国书法海外传播的重要使者。
