王宏禹，中国人民大学法学博士、比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学政治学博士，对外经济贸易大学国际关系学院讲师、硕士生导师、经济外交研究中心执行主任；比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学欧洲研究所高级兼职研究员。研究领域主要包括中国经济外交、欧洲问题研究、中欧（经贸）关系、贸易决策等；主持教育部人文社会科学基金项目等若干研究项目；近年来在“Journal of Global Policy and Governance”、“Journal of Cambridge Studies”、《欧洲研究》、《外交评论（外交学 院学报）》、《学术论坛》、《复旦国际关系评论》等刊物上发表论文十余篇，参编中、英文专著或论文集多部，并担任多家英文刊物的匿名评审人。
