巢湖流域水生态功能分区研究 本书特色

流域水生态功能分区是在流域水生态系统空间差异特征分析的基础上，利用气候、水文、土体利用、土壤、地形、植被、水质、水生生物等要素建立分区指标，结合人类活动影响来划分的。水生态功能分区是在"分区、分级、分类、分期"水环境管理理念的指导下，以先进的、规范的技术方法划分的重要单元，其在大尺度上可以反映水生态系统的特征差异，为确定水环境质量基准和标准提供依据
