    王五一编著的《城市环境变化与健康（英文版）》在分析当前城市化进程快速发展的基础上，阐述了城市环境中存在的主要健康风险因素，提出了建立城市环境指标健康风险因素体系的原则，并从构成城市环境健康风险因素的垃圾、大气污染、废弃物、饮用水、雨污水排放、噪声6个主要方面选取了具体指标，构成了较为完整的城市环境健康风险因素指标体系；同时对各评价指标因子的量化标准值的确定进行了分析研究，并提出了指标体系的计算方法。
