当代刑事法学新探索 作者简介

赵秉志，男，1956年6月生。北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院暨法学院院长，教育部长江学者特聘教授，博士生导师。新中国首届刑法学博士（1988年3月），美国杜克大学法学院访问学者（1990～1991）。主要社会兼职：中国法学会常务理事暨学术委员会委员，中国刑法学研究会会长，国际刑法学协会副主席暨中国分会主席，国务院学位委员会学科评议组法学组成员。出版个人著作和文集24本，主编、合著（译）专业书籍300余种，在国内外学术报刊发表论文600余篇，主持国家级、部委级等各类科研项目50余项，科研成果暨个人获得各种奖励70余项。
