Every year __1__ of foreign visitors come to New York. Most of them come by plane and __2__ of
 them by ship.  Many visitors have some __3__ experiences at first. They can't find __4__ though they do,
  the ticket is expensive, and the drivers are impolite.
    The visitors can't help feeling surprised when they __5__ the New York skyscrapers (摩天大楼). They go to the __6__ of the Empire State Building and look out over the city. They notice the busy streets and
  the smoke in the air. When they walk down the streets they sometimes have to step over the dirt and
 rubbish. If they are __7__, they won't meet any pickpockets (扒手),  but they know the city is dangerous. If the visitor's language isn't English,  he will find it very __8__  to make himself understood and he has to

  is exciting, but they don't forget its bad .
