【解读句型】DCACD

·        although, though
这两个词都可表示“虽然”。其区别是:
1.although的语气较重,引导的句子常指事实; though引导的句子可表示假设。
2.though可以引起从句的主语和谓语部分倒装，而although不可。
3.although只用作连词; 而though除用作连词外,还可用作副词。另外，though可用作并列连词，也可用作从属连词；而although只能用作从属连词。
4.though可用于even though, as though, what though等结构; 而although不能。

although是从属连词,表示“虽然……但是……”,引导让步状语从句,从句置于主句前或后,可用though替代although,在主句前不能加but。例如:

Although / Though it was expensive, we decided to buy the computer.虽然价格昂贵,但我们还是决定把这台计算机买下来。

We had a good time, although / though we only stayed there for a few days.虽然我们仅在那里呆了几天时间,但是我们过得很愉快。
